Tuna Pasta Salad
3 WW Points Per Serving
Salad:
12 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
2 1/2 c uncooked bowtie pasta
1 c canned peas, drained
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped bell peppers
1/2 c chopped onions
Dressing:
1 c light mayonnaise
3 tbsps bottled lemon juice
1/2 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. To prepare
salad, combine tuna, rotini, peas, celery, bell peppers, and onions in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
To prepare dressing, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix
well. Gently stir mixture into salad. Cover and refrigerate one hour.
