Sloppy Joe Casserole
1 lb ground chicken breast skinless
10 ozs frozen corn, thawed
1/2 c onions, chopped
6 ozs Grands Reduced Fat Buttermilk biscuits
15 1/2 ozs sloppy joe sauce
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 8" casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink.
Add sloppy joe sauce and corn.
Mix well. Cook for three minutes or until heated through. Separate biscuits and
cut each one into four pieces. Place on top of chicken mixture in dish. Bake for
20 minutes , or until biscuits are browned.
